Miller Carrier Service Tips
- Make sure to unit greased to help extend life of equipment. (See chart for carriers)
- Fluid should be changed every 1000 hours.
- Oil tank filter should be changed every 250 hours or every 6 months.
- Entire unit should be greased every 1 to 2 months depending on usage.
- Every two weeks inspect all pivot points. (Wheel Lift, Deck, Cylinder Buckets, and Main Tilt)
- Check lighting to make sure all taillights and marker lights are working correctly.
- Check bedlocks monthly to make sure not bent or out of adjustment.
- Check hydralic fluid level weekly. Check with all cylinders collapased as much as possible.
- Every 6 months check all bolts for pylon, cylinder buckets, toolboxes, and any other visble to make sure they remain tights.
- Check weekly for any leaks. (Hoses, PTO, & Cylinders)
- Monthly check underside of deck, down frame rails, and taillight housing to make sure no loose or hanging wiring.
